Capital Smokies
Capital has five varieties of Smokies. We mostly enjoy them bbq’d or roasted over a campfire on a stick. But Smokies can also be enjoyed cold, broiled in the oven, boiled in a pot or fried in a skillet.
Smokies can be eaten all by themselves or put into a hotdog bun with all the condiments you enjoy: ketchup, mustard, relish, onions and pickles!
