Capital Packers is a federally registered establishment with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA). We follow CFIA’s stringent Food Safety Enhancement Program (FSEP), which encourages and supports the development, implementation and maintenance of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) systems.
In April 2010, Capital Packers was certified by the Safe Quality Food (SQF) Institute. SQF is recognized by retailers and foodservice providers around the world who require a rigorous, credible food safety management system.
